Terms & Conditions: Player Rules for Canada
These terms and conditions govern the use of the Atefia Casino platform (atefia.ca) by all registered players. By creating an account, a player agrees to be bound by the terms set out below in their entirety.
Eligibility
Atefia Casino is intended strictly for players who are at least 18 years of age, or the legal age of majority in their province of residence, whichever is higher. Account holders must reside in a province where offshore online gambling participation is not prohibited by provincial law. Atefia reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any point and to suspend accounts pending verification.
Account Registration
Each player may hold only one account. Duplicate accounts, whether created under a different name, address or payment method, will be closed and any associated bonus winnings voided. Players must provide accurate personal information at registration, including a legal name, date of birth, address and a valid payment method registered in their own name.

Bonus abuse, including the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play between linked accounts, or betting patterns designed to lock in guaranteed returns, will result in forfeiture of bonus funds and any related winnings.
Deposits and Withdrawals
All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in the account holder’s own name. Withdrawals are processed to the same method used for the most recent deposit where possible. Atefia reserves the right to request identity and address verification before processing a first withdrawal, and periodically thereafter as required by standard anti-money laundering practices.
Processing times vary by method, as detailed on the payments page, and are estimates rather than guarantees. Delays caused by banking institutions, payment processors, or incomplete verification are outside of Atefia’s direct control.
Responsible Gambling
Atefia is committed to promoting responsible play. Players can request deposit limits, wagering limits, temporary account suspension (time-out) or permanent self-exclusion at any time by contacting support. Self-exclusion requests are irreversible for the stated period and will not be lifted early under any circumstance.

Fair Play and Game Rules
All games offered on the platform use certified random number generators, independently audited for fairness. Live dealer games are streamed in real time from licensed studios. In the event of a technical malfunction affecting the outcome of a game round, the round will be voided and any wagered amount refunded to the player’s account.
Account Suspension and Closure
Atefia reserves the right to suspend or close an account found to be in breach of these terms, engaging in fraudulent activity, or operating from a jurisdiction where online gambling participation is restricted. In such cases, any remaining balance derived from legitimate play will be returned to the player, subject to standard verification.
Limitation of Liability
Atefia is not liable for losses arising from a player’s internet connectivity, device malfunction, or decisions made while gambling. Players are solely responsible for ensuring their participation complies with the laws of their province of residence.
Changes to These Terms
Atefia reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or an account dashboard notice. Continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
